5 steps to buy a new kitchen !

Buying a new kitchen is something you don´t do every day. It´s  an important desission and a quite big investment in a new kitchen .
Here are some  steps to try to make  your kitchen-dream come thrue.
It is not only to choose the kitchenstyle, it´s also some practical and economic points, all the electric appliances and also the question “who will do it”.

1. Collect inspiration to your new kitchen.

To have a good result at the end you should start with a wiew over the kitchen market. Buy some kitchen magazins, visit different kitchenproducers homepages, and visit different kitchen shops to get ideas.
After a while you will have your own ideas what is important for you. You will find specific electric appliances that you like, and you will find the style in general for your new kitchen.

2. Kitchen budget.

Your budget for the new kitchen is of cource important. To know exactly what the total cost will be can be hard to say if you want to be able to take different dessisions during the process.  But try to have a general budget for your kitchen and electric appliances that can allow you to buy some small “extras” if you want to upgrade some items.

3. Planning the kitchen – find your kitchenshop

If you are building a completly new house you have a lot of posibillitys to create the kitchen area the way you want. 
If you are renovating in an existing house there is a space already for the kitchen and you have to accept that some doors, windows ect.  have to stay where they are and you have to plan your kitchen according to these facts.
To visit some kitchen shops and to get ideas and good adwise from proffessionals is also to recomend. They have created a lot of kitchens and they can come up with good practic ideas. Listen to their experience but remember that it is you that take the final dessission how your dreamkitchen will be.

4 Kitchen installation.

Often you can get the kitchen installed by the kitchendealer or proffessionals that they recomend. It is normaly the easiest way to have the kitchen installed.
Of cource you can also do the fitting yourself or by people you know. This you have to discuss with the shop where you buy your kitchen.

5. The final touch of your new kitchen.

The new kitchen is installed, the appliances are there and the kitchen looks ready to be used. Now starts a new step to get the final touch of the kitchen. It is now you put your personalised touch by adding the curtins, lamps, and other small items to get your “own kitchen”.
Remember that for example a glossy white kitchen can become very “strict” or more “soft” depending the last items and materials that you put in the kitchen.
